Role Overview

Position: In-House Tutor (University Student Programme)

Type: Part-time (6-20 hours per week)

Contract: Flexible term-time contracts

Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and subject)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured tuition following provided curriculum
  • Prepare and adapt lesson materials as needed
  • Provide regular feedback and progress reports
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain professional standards and safeguarding
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents

  • Medical students teaching sciences
  • Engineering students teaching maths

Ideal Candidate

  • Current university student (Year 2+) or recent graduate
  • Achieved Grade 8/9 at GCSE or A/A* at A-Level in relevant subjects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable technology and internet connection
  • Passion for teaching and student
  • Availability for regular weekly sessions
