1. Session Security

• All sessions recorded and stored securely (with consent)

Preventative Measures

1. Rigorous Vetting: 10-step process including DBS, references, interviews
2. Comprehensive Training: All tutors complete safeguarding certification

4. Technical Controls: Platform designed with safety as priority
5. Regular Monitoring: Ongoing review of sessions and communications

Reporting Procedures:

For Students & Parents:

1. Tell your tutor during a session
2. Email: safeguarding@mystudyark.co.uk

For Tutors:

1. Report via tutor dashboard
2. Contact DSL immediately for urgent concerns
3. Whistleblowing policy protects reporters

Response Protocol

1. Immediate Action: Within 1 hour for urgent concerns
2. Investigation: Started within 24 hours for all reports
3. Support: Provided to all parties during investigation
4. Resolution: Appropriate action taken based on findings
5. Follow-up: Monitoring and support as needed
